Here is an overview of the pay structure in the online teacher program:
- When a student accesses a class, we credit the teacher’s wallet with $10 per student per call per month. For example, teaching 100 students in a session would earn $1000 for that session for the month, and teaching the maximum of 500 students would result in $5000. After that, there is a maximum limit of 500 students per class.
- The pay structure operates on a 12-month cycle with no breaks in pay.
- Students are permitted to attend up to 5 classes daily for grades 1 through 8, and up to 6 classes daily for grades 9 through 12.
- Furthermore, the pay structure is managed within the FMS Vortex system, covering your Zoom classroom fees upon signup. Besides, you will receive training for YouTube and instruction on the curriculum material.

Costs and Fees:
As we do not receive government funding for our school, we ask online teachers to help offset some of the operational costs. While most of the income comes from student enrollment fees to pay teacher salaries. Teachers are responsible for covering certain technical and support fees. These fees are tax-deductible for independent contractor status teachers.

- $50 Annual Enrollment: This fee grants you private yearly access to operate within the Brainfood Academy program.
- $59.95 Monthly Access Fee: This fee supports the development of our curriculum, resources, and student base, including security measures. It covers your personal Zoom account, back office access, resource materials, student base security, payroll dashboard access. Also, it covers Brainfood Academy Curriculum, and exclusive updates released throughout the year.
