Wine Magic

Wine Magic happens when you enjoy a true fine wine with food pairings and great company. You are certainly going to love this!

It all starts with proper and True Fine wine. You need to see this:

I am eager to share this with you. And it all starts with the right, true Fine Wines. As you watched in the presentation above, not all wines are equal. And not all “wines” are really true fine wines. Ours are. And that is where it all begins. This was a BIGGEE event that was shared with many people directly and in an online Zoom room with several hundred team members!

Here are the ingredients and True Fine Wines we had for our “Wine Magic Event”:

We will start with the wines for the full evening of this “Wine Magic Event.”

  • Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio
  • Nile Eddy Pinot Noir
  • Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Adele Zinfandel
  • Ricord Merlot
  • More Than Muse Rose’

Note that having several wines for the “event ” allows for more “tastes and taste events in your body” to happen. And your guests will really enjoy it. We had glasses for each, but you can start out slow and wash and dry the white glasses and red glasses as you progress throughout the evening. Or you can have separate glasses for each wine—various combinations of experience tasting.

Then we add in the food!

  • Charcuterie Board. As an illustration, this is usually with salty meat like salami, pepperoni, and ham. Besides, savory meats. Turkey, from plain to seasoned. Beef, from plain to seasoning. Always olives and capons. Some jams or preserves. Nuts: pecans, almonds, and cashews. Also, add in a melon selection like cantaloupe, watermelon, and honeydew. Finally, toss in Kiwi or Apple slices (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp are our go-to).
  • Appetizers/Starters. This is usually a salad as well as appetizers that accompany the meal. Skewered BBQ shrimp, for example. The salad will be light if you follow the Charcuterie Board. Light being a Caesar or Garden Salad. Be sure to have the dressings on the side. The True Fine Wines themselves add to the enhancements that a dressing offers. Some of us enjoy the salad and prefer the wine to the dressing. While a good blue cheese or Caesar dressing makes the “wine” flavors pop!
  • Mains. Indeed, we added a fish dish. Salmon, or barramundi, is our go-to. And a beef dish. From a roast to a prime rib or steak that has been BBQed. Seasoning the steak with salt and pepper allows the meat and wine to blend well with the “tasting event.”
  • Dessert. Moreover, chocolate cake. Rich and deep in “dark chocolate.”. It is Merlot’s best pairing next to the dark chocolate pieces. A chocolate plate is also an excellent idea.

How the Wine Magic Takes Place Since We Have Our Wines and Foods Ready to Go:

Two long-stem wine glasses. One has white wine, the other red. A wedge of cheese in the background, a small cluster of red grapes to the front side signifying they are fine wines of a food pairing at the Wine Magic Happening, BIGGEE EVENT
  • We Begin. We are starting with the lights and moving on to the heavies. The Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio and More Than Muse Rose’ to begin with the Charcuterie Board. This gets anyone, new or experienced, to open up their tasting palettes and enjoy the flavor combinations.
  • We are moving into the starters: salads, skewers of shrimp, and charcuterie to our hearts’ content. Next, we will move into the Nile Eddy Pinot Noir. Going into the Reds (finally, for many, the Reds are favorites).
  • Then into the mains. This allows for the Adele Zin and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon to be brought out and added to the tasting fun. This is Wine Magic in “SPADES” at this point.
  • Dessert Time! The Ricord Merlot, Chocolate Cake, and/or Chocolate Tasting Plate come out. This is the full roundup of this Wine Magic Event!
  • Continue as the Wine Magic Event allows. Generally, if wines are left, the pairing and experimentation of taste combinations can continue. From the lighter wines to be paired with the heavier foods and desserts to having the charcuterie tasting with the Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zin, and Cab!

Conversely, this allows for quite a bit of entertainment to occur. And be sure to check out our accessories that allow you to entertain in style. See them here.
